Kilkanen Oy has purchased all shares in Karusellisorvaus M. Salo through a business acquisition completed on 11 December 2008.
In March 2009, the company applied for quality certificates with the objective of acquiring the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates by the end of 2009.
